Soccer, Baseball, Disney

Well we are very officially into the kids soccer season of 8 games each. And of course both of Stockton's Wed. games have been very cold and very wet. With that said the days before and after have been beautiful, so that basically is my luck. Then Jon started playing on his companies softball team, so we went to his game tonight in very cool weather, again yesterday was beautiful... I really dislike Spring outdoor sports.
Stock has done a 180 on playing soccer from last year, he pays attention and goes for the ball. It is really fun to see him play this year. Syd is very athletic and we are always proud on her ability to play sports. She is playing on a coed team and is not afraid to get in there and take the ball away from the boy players.

We are only days away from Disneyland and all of us are very excited. Lucy is calling every day to see how many more days until she gets to come home and see us, we can not wait!

Well it has been a great weekend. I have been out shopping for summer clothes for our family trip to Disneyland in May. Sundays are always relaxing and the kids enjoy the calm before the storm of a next school week. Nic is really enjoying using his new favorite words, which consist of StupidHead and I Hate That and Shut up... and Syd, Stock and Jon are always up for tattling on him for using them, so now he thinks it is more of a game. Sydney is really starting to grow up on us, we have started to let her play more with friends on her bike around the neighborhood and have fun learning about email. Stock is still my sweet guy but all boy, he is really looking forward to soccer this year and asks me eveyday when it is going to start. Lucy Girl has moved up to Washington State and we miss her lots and lots and can't wait to see her for long periods of time..but in the mean time she keeps us posted with phone calls and sings all her favorites songs to her Daddy on the phone during the day. Well my 2nd posting on this new venture... i hope to have pictures up soon.

It has finally begun!

Well this is it.. I have officially started my first family blog. This was one of my New Years Resolutions and it only took until April to start. Jon is pretty sure he will be the one that keeps this up, but I am determined to give it my best shot and doing my part. So stay tuned for more postings to come.
